• Yongnian garlic is a good raw material, usually with four or six petals. The type is slightly thicker, and the density of the grain is higher, and the garlic flake color is bright yellow after washing.

• The main production of Bahu in Linyi is rootless garlic flakes. Due to environmental protection, the annual output is falling, which is about 1,000 tons. The color of the flakes is whitish, and the shape is thin and uniform. In addition to this, it also produces peeled garlic cloves, because Cangshan is the main producing area for garlic, and the garlic granules produced by garlic clove flake are generally made for Russia.

• Jinxiang hybrid garlic flakes are not uniform in size. In the dehydrated garlic flakes production process, Jinxiang uses circulating water to rinse the garlic slices after the broken flaps. The dirty water will be reused. Yongnian adopts comprehensive washing and flowing water, and Linyi is also a large washing (full washing).
