A fast pesticide inspection will be done on the incoming garlic bulbs, several major steps are followed then- Split peeling, Rinsing, Drying, Slicing, Steam Sterilizing, Selecting, Metal Detecting before the finished ground garlic come out. Finished ground garlic will be packed into customized packing in uniform shape and color.

Also referred to as instant garlic, ground garlic is often used in soups, sauces and stews where it is reconstituted into very small pieces garlic granules, adding the distinctive garlic flavor but not necessarily the texture. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic flakes equals 1 clove of garlic or 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder.
