The differences and similarities between granulated garlic and garlic powder
There are more similarities than there are differences between the two types of garlic. As shown here
The Size and texture of the granules
Both granulated and powdered garlic are similar but differ during powdering and grinding processes. Garlic powder is fine, unlike granulated garlic which is coarse. Upon peeling, you sent the garlic into a machine that grinds it into either garlic powder or granulated garlic. After cooling the garlic is ground into different desired pieces
Both powdered and granulated garlic have equal nutritional value. Although their measurements differ, each garlic produces the same flavor when added as spices to foods. While Garlic powder dissolves instantaneously in any dish, granulated garlic takes a little longer.
